Absentee Bids are accepted in person at our gallery or via our fax number (253) 534-4447.  In person absentees are welcome at anytime, even while the auction is taking place.  Faxed absentees must be received 30 minutes before the auction is scheduled to begin.  Absentee bids are most effective if you use the item number from our catalog when filling out the form.  After faxing an absentee, please call us on our voice line at (253) 534-4445 to confirmed we received it.

    Phone Bids are also accepted with a requirement of a $500 minimum opening bid.  Our auction is very fast paced, and often phone bidders miss out on an opportunity to bid as they are not given very much time to make up their mind.  Also, there is a chance of not being able to make contact with the bidder via the telephone prior to an items selling.  So absentee bids are our preferred method of bidding if you cannot attend the auction.  However, if you feel more comfortable placing a phone bid please call us at (253) 534-4445 we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
